| Chicken Stock | 2dl |
| Chili Fresh | 5g |
| Limes | 20g |
| Coriander Fresh | 5g |
| Galangal | 10g |
| Kafirlime leaves | 1g |
| Fish Sauce | 2cl |
| Straw Mushrooms | 50g |
| Lemon Grass | 10g |
